    播种者团队在三年的支教经历中发现乡村学生对未来的构想不太明确,且对职业的理解有些模 糊。在目前国内教学模式的大环境下,社会教育方面存在一些固有缺陷,使得学生全面发展有 一定局限。而且,播种者每年3周的短期支教无法对学生构成深远的影响,因此,经过团队的计划与准备,我们将在未来几年中，在我们的对口学校开展视频远程教学。

     In our three years of volunteer teaching, we notice that most students in remote areas have little concrete concept for their future or exact pictures of professional life. Under the current education mode in China, students are limited to develop comprehensively. Moreover, it is difficult for Sower China’s short-term teaching program that runs for three weeks per year to make a long-term effect on our students. Therefore, we plan to project a remote video teaching program for our target junior high schools in the following years, as a continuation of our short-term teaching program.
