    播种者团队在三年支教经历中发现偏远地区学生缺乏对于职业的认知以及对未来的规划，因此我们开启了职业教育项目，通常与短期支教项目同时开展。利用空余时间，对于缺乏职业教育知识的偏远地区学生进行教学。旨在为学生树立正确的职业观与就业观，并帮助对未来目标相对模糊的同学完成目标规划。我们通过与社会一些大型企业的沟通，将会为对口学校的应届毕业生提供一些可供选择的就业岗位。

In our three years of volunteer teaching, we notice that students in remote areas generally lack a comprehensive understanding of career planning. For this reason, we initiate the Vocational Preparation Programme(Mangzhong Plan).  This programme is incorporated(accompanied) with our volunteer teaching programme. In the spare time(after-school time) of teaching, we organize themed seminars to teach about career planning. The objective is to help students in remote areas establish a visionary vocational view, and to map out them a basic vocational long-term goal and strategy. At the same time, through our effective connection with large businesses, we are able to offer different job choices available to new graduates.
